Job Descriptions
- Provide subject-based support to students with dyslexia, inspire them to take various paths when learning, and motivate their interest in learning.
- Perform yearly pre- and post-class assessments to evaluate students’ progress, and adapt the lessons to fit individual education plans.
- Assist in curriculum development and participate in designing teaching materials.
- Provide in-school subject-based support service.
- Assist in conducting educational workshops and seminars to raise public awareness on dyslexia.
Requirements
- Degree or qualified teaching certificate holder in Education or related qualifications. With pre-school, primary or secondary teaching experience will be an asset.
- Applicants who are willing to work on Sundays will be given priority. On-the-job training will be provided.

Officer – Administration (Full Time)
Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Centre
- Handle telephone enquires
- Greeting parents and students
- Support events and activities
- Responsible for purchase requisitions and office maintenance.
- Assist in keeping the Centre in a good housekeeping condition and ensure office in a good working environment
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate) with 2 years working experience
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills and patience with children

Manager – Programmes and Services
Role and Responsibilities
- Review regularly policies and procedures are up to date in accordance with the Education Bureau regulatory requirements
- Work closely with teaching staff and senior management teams in the planning, developing and delivery of programmes and services including After and In-School Support Programme, organising of webinar/workshops for parents/teachers/students
- Set budgets, review fees and ensure sound financial planning and control in P&S
- Keep abreast of developments and trends in Dyslexia and education field in Hong Kong and abroad
- Collaborate with Marketing team in the advocacy of Dyslexia and work of Pathways
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years senior management experience working in the academic sector, teaching experience will be an asset
- Team player, good communicator, strong leadership and pay attention to details
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese & English
