We are a registered charitable organisation in Hong Kong dedicated to supporting students with specific learning needs. Our team consists of specialised teachers as well as allied professionals including clinical psychologists and speech therapists. They collaborate to serve hundreds of students in need each year through individualised and continued after-school or in-school intervention programmes, along with professional assessment and therapy services.
Reporting to the Manager – Administration & Information Technology, you will:
- Provide administrative support for our programmes, including handling enquires and applications, drafting communications with parents, and coordinating with students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders on enrolment and scheduling.
- Prepare invoices and receipts, and collect programme fees.
- Maintain day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, organising resources and inventory in classrooms and the office, and purchasing stationery and other office supplies.
- Senior Officer is responsible for supervising the work of other Administrative Officers and coordinating the duty rosters for part-time Administrative Assistants.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong team player with the ability to work well with others and build positive relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English to interact with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience with children.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Teachers in Chinese, English, Mathematics and Pre-school Education Support (Part Time)
Job Descriptions
- Provide subject-based support to students with dyslexia, inspiring them to explore diverse paths and fostering their enthusiasm for education.
- Conduct annual pre- and post-class assessments to evaluate student progress and tailor lessons to meet individual education plans.
- Contribute to curriculum development and assist in designing effective teaching materials.
- Offer in-school subject-specific support services.
- Help organise educational workshops and seminars to raise public awareness about dyslexia.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a degree or a qualified teaching certificate in Education or a related field. Previous experience teaching in pre-school, primary, or secondary settings—particularly with students with special educational needs—will be considered an asset.
- For pre-school teachers, candidates must hold a qualification as a Special Child Care Worker (SCCW).
- A passionate and caring educator who loves children.
